What is it?
Google's free 3D Modelling solution. A great tool to use in schools as it is free and easy for students to use. Very intuitive controls with a lot of available plugins to make the most of your 3D models.
What does it do?
Allows the user to create 3D models by first drawing a 2D shape and then 'pulling' it into 3 dimensions. Great for concept modelling or creating 3D resources.
Where can I get it?
Version 8 has just been released for Mac and Windows and you can get it here:

Access to Google's 3D Warehouse where people can upload any model they create and can be downloaded into your existing model or as a new model.
