For the new staff @det accounts, some stuff has changed. I'm just collecting notes at this stage, and will redo the page with the new info later.

• Username is "first.last@det" (note this is the full name, no .nsw.edu.au)
• Form handler is https://staffowa.det.nsw.edu.au/exchweb/bin/auth/owaauth.dll
• destination is https://staffowa.det.nsw.edu.au/exchange
